This was a project designed to market an event for a Matariki market celebration. Through prior knowledge and research, I decided to incorporate each of the nine stars of Matariki in kites as this is a widely popular activity throughout the festivities. The layout of the stars reflects where each star sits within the constellation. 

To coincide with the event I also designed t-shirts to be sold at the event to fundraise for the local community.
